About the equipment
Cup filling and packaging machine that fills water and other drinks into cups in doses of 20–1,000 ml. It has two lanes and runs at 32 containers per minute.
It handles cups from 30 to 200 mm in diameter and works with PP, PET and PE materials. The fill volume is adjustable from 20 to 1,000 ml, and the temperature can be set between 0 and 300 °C. The pneumatic parts need compressed air at 0.4–0.8 MPa.
The machine runs on 220 V with a power of 2.5 kW and measures 230×65×170 cm. It is designed for small and medium producers of drinking water, juice and other liquid products sold in portion cups. The wide range of volumes and diameters lets one machine work with cups of different sizes.
