1. DOUGH MIXER

First of all, you need the right amount of flour, about 20% starch and a little water. When our products are put into a mixer, they are mixed until they are in the form of small granules. The mixer is made of special stainless steel and is quite easy to use. Special wheels are installed to freely change the mixer to any place in the room.

2. EQUIPMENT FOR PRODUCING NOODLES, LAGMON

The equipment is equipped with 6 shafts 250 mm wide, arranged in 3 rows. The equipment is made of S304 stainless steel, which does not pose a risk to human health. With the help of the equipment, it will be possible to change the thickness of the lagman according to the customer’s wishes, and for this you will be required to shorten or widen the distance between the shafts. The operation of the equipment is quite fast and allows to produce up to 150 kg of product per hour. We are providing the equipment with 2 types of additional molds based on the demand of our customers. In addition, he installed a special tape on the equipment to facilitate production even in large kitchens. This cuts the product to the required size. Products cut to the desired size can be dried or cooked immediately without drying.

3. NOODLE DRYING CABINET

After taking out the noodles, they need to be dried well in order to keep them for a long time. The drying cabinet can be changed to a larger model at an additional cost based on the customer’s request. Some customers prefer frozen lagmons rather than dried ones. In such a situation, we recommend you to get a shock freezer.
