AF-30 is a hand-operated impulse sealer that closes polyethylene bags with a 30 cm seam. It is made of stainless metal and weighs 2 kg.
Operation is simple: the bag mouth is laid on the bar, the handle is pressed, and a short pulse heats the element, melting the film into an even seam. The element is not kept hot; it works only when the handle is pressed, so the sealer is ready as soon as it is switched on. The automation level is semi-automatic.
A 30 cm seal suits medium-sized bags of cereals, sugar, dried fruit, clothing and household goods. The sealer runs on 220 V, weighs only 2 kg and is used on a counter or workbench.
