Impulse packaging and cutting equipment

The film is laid on the sealing bar; when the pulse is applied, the heating element welds the seam and cuts the film, giving a closed bag with a neat edge. In one operation the bag is closed and separated from the excess film. The element heats only during operation, so no warm-up is required.

Packaging length is 600 mm and the working speed is 6–10 packs per minute. The machine runs on 220 V, consumes 1 kW, measures 800×350×140 mm and weighs 13 kg, so it sits on a table and is easy to move when needed. It is made in China. It suits small workshops and shops wrapping clothing, textiles, household goods and food products in film. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.
