About the equipment
AF-20 is a hand-operated impulse sealer that closes bags with a 20 cm seal. It is made of stainless metal and weighs 1.5 kg.
The bag mouth is placed on the sealing bar and the handle is pressed down: a short pulse heats the element, the film melts and forms an even seam. The element heats only while the handle is pressed, so there is no warm-up wait. The automation level is semi-automatic, and an ordinary 220 V supply is all it needs.
At 1.5 kg, the sealer is easy to use on a table and to move from place to place. A 20 cm seal is enough for small and medium polyethylene bags of tea, spices, confectionery, cereals or small parts. It is a practical choice for shops, small workshops, home-based production and warehouses. It is made in China. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.
