AF-XM1 dough sheeter — an electric machine that rolls dough into an even sheet. It works on either 220 V or 380 V, with an electrical consumption of 0.75 kW.
The machine replaces rolling dough by hand: the sheet comes out at a consistent thickness and the work goes faster. Consumption is only 0.75 kW, and the sheeter can be connected to either a 220 V or a 380 V supply, so it suits both small workshops on a standard supply and plants with a three-phase connection.
It weighs 225 kg. The sheeter suits bakeries, pastry workshops and production kitchens that prepare dough for lavash, samsa, dumplings, pies and pizza. Made in China. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.
