The mixer kneads dough for bread, samsa, lavash, buns and other bakery products. A 50 kg batch lets large volumes of dough be prepared in fewer cycles, saving time during a shift. It is electrically powered and connects to a 380 V three-phase supply.
It weighs 300 kg and measures 1380×840×1560 mm, so it needs a solid floor and a prepared electrical connection. The mixer is designed for bread factories, large bakeries and samsa and lavash production workshops. Made in China.
