About the equipment
Multi-line packaging equipment that packs coffee and other powders in 1–25 g portions on 5 lanes at once. Bags are sealed on four sides with a straight or zigzag cut.
Five filling lanes work in parallel, and the packing speed is 30–35 pieces per minute. Bag length is 45–120 mm and width 35–60 mm, the typical format of single-serve sachets. The machine takes film up to 480 mm wide and 0.05–0.10 mm thick, including PET/PE, OPP/PE and NY.
It runs on 380 V or 220 V with a power of 3.5 kW and needs compressed air at 0.4–0.8 MPa. Dimensions are 168×130×200 cm. The equipment is designed for producers of coffee, sugar and other powdered products sold in portion packs.
