Automatic Toilet Paper Production Line, Industrial Version

The Industrial version is a fully automated production line designed to produce up to 2 tons of product per day. The line continuously and with high precision rewinds paper from a jumbo roll, embosses patterns on the paper surface, forms perforation lines, and performs automatic cutting and packaging. Full automation of the production process keeps product quality stable, increases productivity and reduces labor costs.

This machine automatically rewinds large paper rolls into small rolls of a set size. During operation, paper tension and winding quality are continuously monitored, producing uniform, smooth, high-quality toilet paper rolls. The machine can also emboss patterns onto the paper surface (embossing), further improving the appearance and softness of the product. It supports the production of 1-, 2- and 3-ply toilet paper and continuously feeds finished product to the subsequent cutting and packaging stages. Technical Specifications

This machine automatically transfers cut toilet paper rolls via a conveyor belt to the packaging section. During packaging, the rolls are grouped in a set quantity, wrapped in polyethylene film and securely sealed.
