About the equipment
7th-generation sock production line: an FX-7FTP knitting machine with auxiliary equipment for linking and ironing. One knitting machine produces 250–320 pairs of socks per day.
The FX-7FTP has 84 to 200 needles (as chosen by the buyer) and a knitting speed of 300–360 rpm. It features an LCD touchscreen, an inverter motor with a turbo function, and yarn-break detection that stops the machine on error. It knits summer and winter socks with 3D, terry and jacquard patterns.
The set includes an air extraction unit (80 m³/h), a 3-thread overlock machine, an ironing unit with 5 forms (12 pcs/min) and a 30-litre air compressor (8 bar). This way the whole process, from knitting to linking and ironing, takes place in one workshop.
