Our production line, built on modern technology, produces high-quality polyester fiber wadding in rolls. The process is fully automated: the raw material is spread, the edges are precisely trimmed, the material is cut to the set length and the finished product is wound into rolls. A reliable, cost-effective and efficient solution.

Process overview
Fiber opening → Feeding → Carding → Cross-lapping → Thermal bonding → Cutting and roll winding.
The raw material — polyester fiber — is opened in this machine and made airy and soft. At this stage the fibers are separated from each other and prepared for the next process.
