About the equipment
AF-CH-400 is a shrink tunnel that heats film-wrapped products so the film fits tightly around them. The inner tunnel measures 800×400×200 mm, and the power is 5 kW.
The pre-wrapped product travels through the tunnel on a conveyor whose speed is adjustable from 0 to 10 m/min. Heat makes the film contract and fit closely to the shape of the product. The control panel is analog, which keeps setting the mode simple.
The unit runs on 220 V and weighs 60 kg, so it is easy to move within a workshop. It suits small workshops and shops that pack boxes, books, cosmetics and other piece goods in shrink film, which protects the product from dust and moisture.
