About the equipment
Three-side seal packing machine that doses a product into small sachets sealed on three sides. Output is 30–75 sachets per minute, with doses from 3 to 200 g.
The vertical machine forms a pouch from roll film, fills it with product and seals it on three sides. Pouch width is 30–130 mm, length 40–200 mm, and film width up to 280 mm. Three dosing ranges are available: 3–20 g, 20–120 g and 20–200 g.
It runs on 220 V with a power of 2.2 kW, weighs 320 kg and measures 108×85×172 cm. Three-side sealed sachets are widely used for portion-packed retail products, and the machine is sized for small and medium production volumes. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.
