About the equipment
Four-side seal packing machine that doses a product into small sachets sealed on all four sides. Output is 30–75 sachets per minute, with doses from 3 to 200 g.
This vertical machine forms a pouch from roll film, fills it with product and seals it on four sides. Pouch width is 70–130 mm, length 40–200 mm, and film width up to 260 mm. Three dose ranges are available: 3–20 g, 20–120 g and 20–200 g.
It runs on 220 V with a power of 2.2 kW, weighs 320 kg and measures 108×85×172 cm. Flat four-side sealed sachets are a convenient format for portion-packed retail products. The machine suits small and medium producers packing goods into small sachets.
