About the equipment
AF-T450 is a horizontal packaging machine that wraps piece goods in film. It packs 30–200 items per minute, with film up to 450 mm wide.
Products are fed by conveyor; the machine wraps each one in film from a roll, seals the seams and separates the finished packs. Pack length is 120–450 mm, width 10–210 mm and height up to 90 mm, so items of different sizes can be packed on one machine. The speed is set between 30 and 200 packs per minute to suit the product.
The machine runs on 220 V with a power of 2.8 kW. It measures 185×115×172 cm, the conveyor 256×60×36 cm, and it is made in China. Horizontal flow wrapping suits baked goods, confectionery, soap and other solid piece goods, replacing manual wrapping with neat, uniform packs. A speed of up to 200 packs per minute fits serial production.
