About the equipment
The AF-R250 is a horizontal machine for wrapping small, flat individual products in film. Pack height is up to 40 mm, at up to 230 packs per minute.
The machine forms packs from roll film up to 250 mm wide. The product enters on the conveyor, is wrapped in film, and the pack is then sealed and cut off. Pack width is 20–110 mm, height up to 40 mm, and length, depending on the version, 60–180 mm, 85–230 mm or 150–400 mm.
Speed is adjustable from 40 to 230 packs per minute. It runs on 220 V, 50/60 Hz with a power of 2.2 kW. The main unit measures 143×78×155 cm and the conveyor 270×55×35 cm. The model is convenient for confectionery workshops packing sweets, chocolate bars, biscuits, wafers and other flat products. It is made in China.
