About the equipment
AF-X320 is a horizontal packaging machine that wraps small piece goods in film. It runs at up to 230 packs per minute with film up to 320 mm wide.
The machine forms a bag around the product from roll film, seals the seams and separates each pack. Pack length is 60–400 mm, width 35–140 mm and height up to 55 mm. Speed is adjustable from 0 to 230 packs per minute, so it can be matched to the product and to the other stages of the line.
It runs on 220 V, consumes 2.4 kW and measures 147×98×172 cm; it is made in China. With a pack height of up to 55 mm, it suits flat and compact products such as biscuits, wafers, chocolate bars, confectionery and soap. Instead of wrapping by hand, you get neat packs of the same size.
