About the equipment
The AF-R450 is a horizontal machine for wrapping wide and bulky individual products in film. Pack width is 100–210 mm and height up to 70 mm.
The machine uses roll film up to 450 mm wide. A conveyor feeds the product, the film wraps around it, and the pack is then sealed and cut off. Depending on the version, pack length is 60–180 mm, 85–230 mm or 150–400 mm, so you can choose a version for shorter or longer items.
Speed is adjustable within 40–230 packs per minute. Power is 2.8 kW on a 220 V, 50/60 Hz supply. The main unit measures 175×98×155 cm and the conveyor 270×55×35 cm. The model suits producers of bread, muffins, pastries, biscuits and other wide products. It is made in China.
