About the equipment
The AF-B600 is a horizontal machine for wrapping large individual products in film. Film width is up to 600 mm, with packs 150–280 mm wide and up to 100 mm high.
The product enters the machine on a conveyor, film from the roll wraps around it, and the pack is then sealed and cut off. The wide film and pack height of up to 100 mm make it possible to pack bulky items. Depending on the version, pack length is 60–180 mm, 85–230 mm or 150–400 mm.
Speed is adjustable from 40 to 230 packs per minute. Power is 3.5 kW on a 220 V, 50/60 Hz supply. The main unit measures 178×113×175 cm and the conveyor 270×55×35 cm. The machine suits companies packing bread, muffins, cakes, boxed products and other large individual goods. It is made in China.
