About the equipment
The AF-R350 is a horizontal machine that wraps individual products in film from a roll and forms separate packs. Film width is up to 350 mm and speed 40–230 packs per minute.
Products are fed into the machine along a 270×55×35 cm conveyor, the film wraps around them, and each pack is then sealed and cut off. Pack width is 50–170 mm and height up to 50 mm. Depending on the version, pack length falls into one of three ranges: 60–180 mm, 85–230 mm or 150–400 mm.
Speed is adjustable from 40 to 230 packs per minute. The machine runs on 220 V, 50/60 Hz with a power of 2.4 kW, and the main unit measures 168×83×155 cm. This model suits biscuits, wafers, bakery products, soap and other medium-sized individual items. It is made in China.
