This project involves the creation of a natural hot sauce production line. The line capacity is 300 kg per hour (or approximately 1200 bottles of 200 g of sauce).

The main raw material is ground natural bell pepper (paprika), which is mixed with water and other ingredients. The mixing process is carried out in a mixing tank with a homogenizer, resulting in a finished sauce.

The finished sauce is packaged in automatic glass or plastic bottles on a filling and capping line.

Main Ingredients

Bulgarian chili pepper powder – the primary raw material, made from naturally ground chili peppers.

Purified water – used to adjust consistency and add liquid volume.

Salt – for flavor enhancement and preservation.

Sugar – to balance taste.

Vinegar or citric acid – for acidity control.

Starch or thickening agents – to ensure texture stability.

Natural flavorings and spices – to enhance taste and aroma.

Approximate Quantities (per 1 ton of sauce)

Chili pepper raw material: 100–150 kg, depending on the desired level of spiciness.

Other ingredients include water, starch, garlic, tomato, sugar, salt, citric acid, preservatives, and similar components.

For industrial-scale production, manufacturing 10 tons of sauce requires approximately 1–1.5 tons of chili peppers.

Additional Requirements

Finished product packaging: 200 g glass bottles.

Laboratory certification requirements include testing for pesticides, heavy metals, and microbiological indicators.

For laboratory and production trials, a sample quantity of 500 g to 1 kg must be provided.

If available, the following parameters should also be specified: color index (ASTA ≥ 120) and grinding fineness (≤ 60 mesh).

Equipment Included

Electric Homogenizing and Mixing Tank

The electric homogenizing and mixing tank has a working volume of 500 liters and is designed for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and food industries, where uniform texture is required for products such as creams, emulsions, sauces, and pastes.

The tank is equipped with a bottom-mounted homogenizer, a scraper mixer with Teflon blades, and an electric heating system. Control is performed via push-button operation, with parameters displayed on digital indicators.

The structure consists of three layers of stainless steel: the inner layer is SUS316L, while the outer layers are SUS304, ensuring hygienic operation and high resistance to corrosion.

Operating parameters include adjustable mixing and homogenization speeds, precise temperature control, and high heating and mixing efficiency.
