Grape juice production line
The line has a nominal processing capacity of 500 L/h, while the initial raw material washing, crushing, and juice extraction section is capable of handling up to 1.5 t/h. Equipment coming into contact with the product is made of SUS304 stainless steel, designed for the food industry.
This technological line is designed to carry out the main production processes from receiving fresh grapes through washing, crushing, juice extraction, filtration, homogenization and pasteurization to filling the finished juice into containers. The line includes raw material pre-processing equipment, process tanks, pumps, filtration and homogenization equipment, a pasteurization system, storage tank, filling and capping machine, CIP cleaning system, cooling system and steam generator.
The nominal process capacity of the line is 500 L/h, while the initial grape washing, crushing and juice extraction section can process up to 1.5 t/h. Equipment in contact with the main product is made of SUS304 stainless steel intended for the food industry.
