The RTY-G300 is a modern production line designed for the automatic manufacture of suppositories in the pharmaceutical industry. The line fully automatically performs cavity forming from PVC/PE film, precise dosed filling of the medicinal mass, cooling, hermetic sealing, batch code printing and cutting of the finished product. The PLC control system, servo drives and touch screen control panel ensure high production accuracy and stability. The ability to produce suppositories of various shapes (bullet, torpedo, duck-bill, etc.) makes this line a versatile solution for pharmaceutical manufacturers
