About the equipment
Vertical packing machine for liquids that makes small 5–50 ml sachets. The seal can be four-side, three-side or center, at 30–60 sachets per minute.
The machine forms a pouch from roll film, doses the liquid into it and seals it. Pouch width and length are 40–120 mm, and film width is up to 240 mm. The fill volume is adjustable from 5 to 50 ml, so one machine can produce portions of different sizes.
It runs on 220 V with a power of 2.2 kW, weighs 320 kg and measures 108×85×172 cm. It suits food and cosmetics producers that release sauces, shampoos and other liquids in single-use portions. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.
