AF-R802 is a packaging machine that uses a weight-based counting and filling method. It is mainly designed for plastic components (screws, nuts, washers, toys, and other standard parts). The machine transfers the material from the storage box to a horizontal conveyor, and then it moves onto a vibrating plate. The vibrating plate first weighs the product, then counts it, and once the required amount is reached, it fills the package.
After packaging, the machine automatically seals, cuts, and sends the finished product to the elevator (“lifting” device). It has a user-friendly human-machine interface panel, allowing easy parameter adjustment, and all parameters are displayed synchronously on the screen while the machine is operating.

AF-R861 is a semi-automatic packaging machine designed for small metal components (screws, nuts, flat washers, and other hardware parts). It has a single vibrating base that automatically arranges, counts, fills, and packages the material. The machine is equipped with a temperature-controlled sealing system, allowing the sealing temperature to be adjusted as needed. The bag length and the number of products inside can be customized; when the preset amount is reached, the machine gives an automatic signal. The filled bags are neat, uniform, and firmly sealed. It works with OPP, CPP, or laminated film. The machine can also be expanded with additional equipment such as coding, weighing, labeling, and more.
