Automatic weighing counting and belt conveyor packaging machine AF-R802
AF-R802 is a packaging machine that uses a weight-based counting and filling method. It is mainly designed for plastic components (screws, nuts, washers, toys, and other standard parts). The machine transfers the material from the storage box to a horizontal conveyor, and then it moves onto a vibrating plate. The vibrating plate first weighs the product, then counts it, and once the required amount is reached, it fills the package.
After packaging, the machine automatically seals, cuts, and sends the finished product to the elevator (“lifting” device). It has a user-friendly human-machine interface panel, allowing easy parameter adjustment, and all parameters are displayed synchronously on the screen while the machine is operating.
