About the equipment
The AF-GS246-900 is a band sealer that heat-seals bags as they move along a conveyor. It seals up to 20 bags per minute, with temperature adjustable from 0 to 300 °C.
The bag is placed on the conveyor, and as it moves its mouth passes through the heated section, is sealed and comes out closed. Working speed is 10–20 bags per minute. Since the temperature can be set anywhere from 0 to 300 °C, the sealer handles bags made of different films.
Total conveyor load is up to 3 kg, so the machine is meant for light bags. It runs on 220 V and measures 840×380×320 mm, taking little space on a bench or in a packing area. It suits small producers and shops sealing bags of tea, nuts, confectionery or spices. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.
