About the equipment
Feeding elevator that lifts product from a hopper and delivers it to packaging equipment. Capacity is 1,000–5,000 kg per hour, and the hopper holds 100 l.
The product is loaded into the 100-litre hopper, and the elevator lifts it to the doser of the packaging machine. Feed length ranges from 1 to 4 m, so the elevator can be matched to the height of the packaging machine and the workshop layout. It runs on 380 V or 220 V with a power of 1.5 kW.
The set consists of two parts measuring 210×93×105 cm and 400×58×55 cm. The elevator reduces manual loading of the packaging machine: the operator fills the hopper at floor level, and the elevator carries the product up to the doser. It suits workshops packing powders, grains and other bulk products.
