Single-use product packaging machine

This equipment allows for packaging three different single-use products into one package, for example: Spoon + fork + napkin Damp napkin + toothpick + napkin Spoon + knife + napkin Sugar + salt + napkin And other similar single-use products commonly used in cafes and fast food outlets. The equipment is provided for packaging "damp napkin + toothpick + napkin," but upon customer request, it can be adjusted to package other products as well.

Operating process

• The paper napkin is placed on the conveyor
• The napkin falls onto the packaging film
• During movement on the conveyor, a toothpick and a damp napkin are placed inside the packaging film
• In the final stage, the film is sealed
• The finished package moves to the conveyor belt and is counted there
