Overview

About the equipment

AF-K2 is a semi-automatic machine that welds elastic loops to masks using ultrasound. It produces 10–15 pieces per minute and weighs 13 kg.

The machine attaches the elastic to the mask material by ultrasonic welding, with no thread or glue. Its automation level is semi-automatic, and it works with ordinary, medical and other masks.

It runs on 220 V, measures 40×30×41 cm and weighs 13 kg, so it can be placed on an ordinary workbench and easily moved to another station when needed. A rate of 10–15 pieces per minute suits small workshops starting mask production, or an extra workstation next to an existing line. The machine is made in China. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.

AFEX supplies the equipment and provides warranty service. Tell us the mask type and planned daily volume, and we will advise on setting up production.
