About the equipment
Function Description
The AF-1LS fully automatic suppository production line is designed to produce suppositories of various shapes — bullet, torpedo and duck-bill. The machine features PLC control and a touch-screen interface; it is easy to operate and adjust, provides precise temperature control and ensures continuous operation. The 316L stainless steel liquid tank is equipped with a heating and stirring system. The filling mechanism operates with high accuracy (±2%), with a dose volume of 1-4 ml each. After filling, the suppositories pass through a cooling stage and are fully formed. Features include non-stick filling, anti-static protection, and PLC-based fault detection and alarms.Production Principle
All parts of the machine are made of stainless steel. The surface is smooth and easy to clean. Product appearance, stability and continuous operation are ensured. High-quality imported and domestic components are used.
