About the equipment
This semi-automatic labeller applies labels to the flat surface of products laid horizontally. It handles up to 40 items per minute with ±1 mm accuracy.
The item is placed horizontally on the work table, and the machine applies the label to its surface with ±1 mm accuracy. Labels can be 20–180 mm long and 10–180 mm wide, and the working speed is adjustable from 0 to 40 items per minute. Items are fed by hand while the machine applies the label, which is why it is classed as semi-automatic.
The machine runs on 220 V, consumes 1 kW and measures 70×40×55 cm, so it fits on an ordinary workbench. It is made in China. It suits small and medium workshops labelling boxes, lids, bags, plastic containers and other packaging with a flat surface: compared with labelling by hand, labels sit straight and in the same position.
