About the equipment
AF-MD515TBT is a semi-automatic edge bander for straight and curved furniture parts. It takes 0.4–3 mm edge banding and 10–40 mm panels.
The minimum panel radius is 20 mm, so parts with rounded corners and arched edges can be banded too. Working speed is 1–6 m/min, and total power is 2 kW. The pneumatic units run on compressed air at 0.4–0.5 MPa, so the workshop needs a compressor.
It measures 1000×830×1000 mm and weighs 295 kg. The edge band protects the panel edge from moisture and gives the furniture a finished look. Being compact, it suits furniture workshops and small production units, especially those making tabletops, counters and curved fronts to order.
