AF-BJF115 is a compact machine for banding the edges of furniture panels with PVC edging. It handles 10–45 mm panels at 6.4 m/min.
The machine uses edge banding 0.4 to 3 mm thick, and the minimum part width is 90 mm. The edge band is glued to the panel edge along its full length, covering the exposed edge of particleboard or MDF and protecting it from moisture and damage. The pneumatic system needs compressed air at 0.6 MPa.
Total power is 2.49 kW, dimensions are 2070×750×1130 mm and the weight is 300 kg, so the machine takes little floor space and fits even a small workshop. It is designed for makers of cabinet furniture such as wardrobes, bedside units and tables. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.
