About the equipment
AF-MFB3400SY is a machine for banding furniture panel edges with PVC edging. It runs at 13–20 m/min with a main power of 15 kW.
The machine glues 0.4–3 mm edge banding onto panels 10–50 mm thick. The minimum part width is 50 mm and the minimum length 120 mm, so narrow and short parts can be banded along with large panels. The pneumatic units run on compressed air at 0.4–0.6 MPa. PVC edging seals the edge of particleboard and MDF and protects it from moisture.
The machine measures 3450×860×1550 mm; when planning the layout, allow space for feeding in and taking off parts. It is designed for workshops producing parts for wardrobes, kitchen and office furniture.
