AF-MFB3600S is a machine for banding furniture panel edges with PVC edging. It processes 10–40 mm panels at 13 m/min.
The machine uses PVC edge banding 0.4–3 mm thick; the banded edge is protected from moisture, and the part gets a finished look. The minimum part width is 50 mm and the minimum length 120 mm. Main power is 15 kW, and the pneumatic system runs on compressed air at 0.6 MPa, so the workshop needs a compressor.
The machine measures 4100×850×1660 mm, so allow enough space in the workshop for feeding in and taking off parts before installation. It suits production facilities that regularly band parts for cabinet furniture, sliding wardrobes, kitchen and office furniture.
