About the equipment
This edge banding machine glues PVC edging onto furniture panel edges at 13–20 m/min. Main power is 15 kW.
The machine works with panels from 10 to 54.5 mm thick and PVC edge banding 0.4–3 mm thick. The minimum part width is 50 mm and the minimum length 120 mm, so small parts can be banded as well. The edge band protects the panel edge from moisture and gives the part a finished look.
The pneumatic system runs on compressed air at 0.4–0.6 MPa. Machine dimensions are 2280×760×1620 mm; leave space in front of and behind it for feeding in and taking off parts. With a speed of up to 20 m/min, it suits workshops producing cabinet furniture parts in series.
