All parts of the equipment are made of SUS304 stainless steel.

The pumps installed in the mixer can also handle viscous products without any issues.

VARICOVER: We have developed product recovery systems for long pipe runs. These systems reduce waste and can be easily cleaned (CIP cleaning).

The external circulating homogenization system uses high-speed cutting, allowing the material to emulsify quickly during the grinding and cutting process.

 

Vacuum Homogenizer Mixer Features:

  • High-speed mixing of oil phase materials to achieve a high-quality, perfect emulsion product.
  • The machine consists of a vacuum-resistant jacketed vessel for heating and cooling. It is equipped with a high-speed homogenizer, a shear mixer, a vacuum pump, and a hydraulic pump for lifting and cooling systems.
  • The vacuum pump helps to remove air bubbles from the mixed product and extends the time for air removal and preservation.
  • The removal device consists of moving Teflon scrapers on the vessel wall to scrape off the material, and a lifting mechanism that transfers the material to the central area for better mixing and blending. The Teflon scrapers are easily maintained by hand, without the need for any tools.
  • Our vacuum emulsifying equipment is equipped with a cooling system that simplifies the processing. With this same equipment, you can perform emulsification, air bubble reduction (through vacuum), and cooling without changing the vessel, saving significant labor and time in production.
  • All contact parts of the equipment are made of SUS316L stainless steel, ensuring the homogenized product in the vacuum and close vessels meets sanitary and high-quality standards. Specifications for raw material measurement, heating, melting, emulsification, temperature recording for cooling, mixing speed adjustments, and vacuum assimilation are all controllable.
