About the equipment
The AF-M2600 mattress packing machine packs mattresses up to 2100×2200×500 mm in size. Packing one mattress takes 1 minute.
The packing section is up to 2600 mm long and 5 mm wide, allowing even large mattresses to be packed in a single pass. The machine connects to a single-phase 220 V, 50 Hz supply; total power is 3 kW. A compressor is required for operation: air consumption 0.3 m³ per minute, pressure 0.8 MPa.
The machine measures 3200×800×1650 mm and weighs 500 kg, so enough space must be allocated in the workshop both for the machine itself and for moving mattresses. The machine is designed for mattress manufacturers: the finished mattress is shipped to the warehouse and to the customer already packed.
