About the equipment
This production line is designed to fully automate the compression and roll packaging processes of spring and foam mattresses. The line includes a high-pressure compression machine and roll packing equipment, which work together to significantly increase production efficiency.
The compression machine evenly compresses the mattress under a specified pressure, which reduces its volume and facilitates the subsequent packaging process. The roll-packing machine then tightly wraps the compressed mattress with PVC or PE film, forming a compact roll.
