We need the following set of equipment:
  1. Adhesive equipment
  2. Press equipment
  3. Vertical cutting equipment
  4. Hydraulic die cutting equipment (optional)
  5. Equipment for cutting off foreign parts

At the first stage, two parts are glued together using PU glue

To do this step, we need a gluing machine, which is one of the largest pieces of equipment on the production line. We insert glue into the initial part of the equipment (on the right in the picture) between two separate parts. After passing between the two circles, it goes to the big circle. Here, two separate parts are qualitatively joined under the influence of heat under high pressure. It is very important that the parts do not separate in this process.
