About the equipment
AF-BY214x14/60(1) is a single-opening hot press for MDF, LMDF and LDSP boards. Nominal force is 6000 kN, and the heated platen measures 4200×1300×42 mm.
The press has 2 heated platens with one working opening between them, so one layer of product is pressed per cycle. The platens are heated by a 55.5 kW thermal oil furnace, and the hydraulic motor is rated 7.0 kW. Both figures should be taken into account when preparing the workshop for installation.
Overall dimensions are 13,000×1900×2232 mm, so a long area with access for loading and unloading boards must be set aside when planning the workshop layout. The 4200×1300 mm platen format is designed for furniture companies and manufacturers working with MDF, LMDF and LDSP boards.
