About the equipment
AF-216 is an induction foil sealer for containers with large caps, 70–200 mm in diameter. It handles products up to 400 mm tall.
The induction aluminium/PE liner under the cap heats up as the container moves along the conveyor and bonds to the container neck. The conveyor is 200 mm wide, and output is adjustable from 0 to 60 pcs/min. The unit runs on 220 V, 50/60 Hz and is rated at 2600 W.
It measures 150×60×80 cm and is made in China. Because it takes large cap diameters and tall products, it suits sealing large jars, buckets and canisters of food, paints, oils and household chemicals. The seal shows that the container has not been opened and prevents leaks.
