This deparaffinization (winterization) unit cools the oil and separates waxy substances from it. Its output is 1000 kg of oil per 24 hours.
The internal volume is 500 L and the vessel diameter is 800 mm. The equipment is made of SS 304 stainless steel, has a power of 3.75 kW and runs on 380 V. Oil freed from waxes does not turn cloudy at low temperatures and stays clear.
It measures 5000×1200×2550 mm and weighs 1250 kg, so its length must be taken into account when planning the layout. An output of 1000 kg per day suits small and medium oil producers, and the unit works as one stage of a refining line.
