About the equipment
This lid closing machine fits lids onto jars and can-shaped boxes 35–130 mm in diameter. It closes up to 50 containers per minute.
Both the lid size and the jar diameter range from 35 to 130 mm, and jar height from 40 to 200 mm. This covers a variety of containers, from small boxes to medium-sized jars. Speed is adjustable from 0 to 50 pieces per minute, and the machine runs on compressed air at 0.6–0.8 MPa.
Power is 1.9 kW on a 380 V or 220 V, 50/60 Hz supply. The machine measures 300×90×170 cm. It suits companies that pack canned food, dry mixes, confectionery and other products in jars, closing lids faster and more evenly than by hand. It is made in China.
