About the equipment
AF-A-400 is a horizontal packaging machine that wraps candies and small confectionery in film. Output is 100–400 pieces per minute.
The set has three parts: the packaging machine (146×165×101 cm), a conveyor (215×25×38 cm) and a feeding disc (122×124×120 cm). The feeding disc and conveyor deliver candies to the machine, which wraps them in film and seals them into individual packs. Film width is up to 160 mm.
Pack length is up to 60 mm, width 10–40 mm and height up to 30 mm, a format that suits individually wrapped candies, caramels and similar items. The machine runs on 380 V or 220 V with a power of 2.4 kW. Speeds of up to 400 pieces per minute suit confectionery workshops and medium-scale production.
