About the equipment
RWE-200 is a high-precision industrial equipment designed for automatic filling, labeling and sealing of plastic and metal tubes. The machine automatically positions the tubes, detects the position through a photoelectric sensor, fills the product to the specified volume, and then performs the heat sealing or folding sealing process depending on the type. The finished tubes are inspected and defective ones are automatically separated. This equipment is very suitable for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. It is used in large production lines due to its low error rate, fast operation and stable sealing quality.
