About the equipment
AF-H is an automatic strapping machine that ties boxes and loads with PP strap. One strapping cycle takes up to 2 seconds, with 40–600 N tension.
The box is placed on the work table; the machine passes the strap around it, tensions it and joins the ends. The working size is 800×600 mm. Strap tension is adjustable from 40 to 600 N, so light boxes are not crushed while heavier loads are strapped tightly.
It takes PP strap 6–15 mm wide and 0.6–0.8 mm thick. The machine runs on 380 V or 220 V, consumes 1.5 kW, measures 142×87×72 cm and is made in China. It is designed for factories, warehouses and logistics centres that strap boxes of finished goods before shipping: unlike manual strapping, every box gets the same tension. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.
