About the equipment

The equipment is capable of automatically performing shaping, filling, packaging, and cutting in a single machine. The materials that can be used in this equipment include thermoformable bottom films, heat-sealable semi-rigid films, and rigid films, such as: PS, PE, PET, PVC, ALU, and others. Adhesive materials: Aluminum composite film, aluminum foil, dialysis paper, and others. This machine can be used for packaging perfumes, cosmetics, creams, honey, cheese, jam, chocolate, milk, butter, olive oil, and more.

  • Servo-driven.
  • All product contact parts are made of S.S.316 stainless steel, while the main frame of the equipment is made of SS 304, meeting GMP standards.
  • Automatic liquid dispenser available.
  • Reverse suction function available.

  • Constant temperature hopper.
