About the equipment
AF-215-13 is a compact induction foil sealer for caps 10–70 mm in diameter. It seals up to 60 containers per minute on a conveyor.
The induction aluminium/PE liner placed under the cap heats up as the container passes beneath the sealer and bonds to the container neck. Containers travel on a 200 mm wide conveyor, output is adjustable from 0 to 60 pcs/min, and the maximum product height is 240 mm.
The unit runs on 220 V, 50/60 Hz, is rated at 1300 W and measures 75×42×53 cm, so it can be used on a table. It suits plastic and glass containers of food, medicines, cosmetics and household chemicals: the seal shows that the pack has not been opened and prevents leaks.
